Easy Vegan Cheese Recipe

There are so many people who say they can never go vegan because of cheese. No worries! Here I have an amazing vegan cheese recipe that will satisfy any cheese lovers needs.

I have seen this simple vegan cheese recipe on the internet sometimes. I found out that there are different ways to make it. I experimented a bit and came out with a strong flavorful cheese. I do think I still need some practice to get it to taste just in the way I like it (a little less strong in spices and flavors haha), but I am confident that you will enjoy this super simple recipe. This vegan cheese is great to dip your tortilla chips in, throw it over your pizza or your burrito.

What you will need

  • 2 cups of peeled potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2Β cup of almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of union powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • salt or pepper to taste (optional)
  • Nutritional yeast (optional)
  • A blender or food processor


  • Boil the potatoes and carrot until soft
  • Add the potatoes and carrot into the blender or food processor together with all the other ingredients
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth
  • Add to any of your favorite dishes
  • Store the vegan cheese in your refrigerator for up to a week
