“So, what do you eat as a vegan?” is a question I hear pretty often. Well let me show you!
People tend to think vegans just eat lettuce and tofu. Even though I do eat these foods as well, I also eat a lot of other things like rice, potato, noodle and pasta dishes. Lentils, beans and legumes made with all different kinds of flavors. The most colorful vegetables and sweetest fruits. And let me not forget to mention all the various kinds of nuts and seeds.
