What I Ate Today + Aging and cancer | HCLF VEGAN

Happy healthy and fun! I also get a little down and dirty sharing my thoughts on aging and cancer.

WHAT DID I EAT?

  • Banana smoothie with approx. eight bananas, hand full of frozen berries, water, maple syrup, coconut flakes and chia seeds
  • Snack: four or five oranges, hand full of big blue grapes and a glass of organic fruit juice
  • Four bananas
  • Dinner: rice noodles, corn, onion, paprika, mushrooms, cabbage, coriander, garlic and a little bit of ketchup

I have the feeling, now that I look back, that I didn’t eat that much. Although I came around a nice amount of 2300 calories. I didn’t do any exercise, except for walking. I really believe that when your body is satisfied it tells you exactly what it needs. So whenever you are hungry, don’t ignore that signal. You body wants food, it wants to be nurtured! Once you give it enough of the right types of food you won’t have crazy cravings at all. Cravings come when you are not eating enough. Try to be aware :). Enjoy the video!
