On an amazing sunny Sunday I chilled at a local park and had a delicious picnic. It always feels so good sitting out in the sunlight and breathing in some beautiful fresh air. It really does me so good. I also didn’t really have important stuff to do on that day so I decided to make a What I ate Today video.
What did I eat?
- 2 oranges
- 2 mangoes
- 5 dates
- 2 slices of bread with one slice of Vegan cheese and maple syrup
- Salad containing tomato, romaine lettuce, corn, avocado and a bit of lemon juice
- Dinner: rice, beans and spinach
There is this very lovely park nearby my house that I try to visit often. People come to walk their dogs, sit on a bench, do some exercise and enjoy the environment. I took the bicycle and within 10 minutes I was already laying on the grass with a pretty lake in front of me. During my stay in the park I nommed on my oranges, mangoes and dates. I exposed myself to the sun for a bit and did some yoga exercises. This was one of the first days I managed to do a head stand. I was so thrilled. Yoga has became a new passion of mine.
